Concentus came to us wanting to upgrade the branding their business had started out with in 2017. It needed to better reflect a modern, forward thinking mediation firm. We further developed the fabulous 'unlock horns' idea that the client came with and totally refreshed the font and colour palette in order to really make the brand stand out. Concentus is not your average legal sector business and the client want to convey this message to her target audience.

How we
achieved it

Having worked closely with Concentus on their branding and website development from late 2018 onwards we were asked to help them automate the way client bookings were made across several parties for mediations. The system needed to be simple and easy to use for both Concentus, other mediators and law firm back office teams.

The bespoke booking portal we went on to develop allows solicitors to register a mediation, and provisionally book up to 5 dates and with up to 6 parties. It then automatically sends date lists to all parties and allows them to select one or more convenient dates. Once a matching date across all parties is selected, the booking is confirmed and fixed. This allows Concentus to simplify the booking process and takes away the strain of handling dates with all parties via email.
